Click “Copy the link and title”; the link shows “Copied, with the title”.
Where the link can go
The link works anywhere your customers already look for help: a reply to a support ticket, an onboarding email, an article in your help centre, or a message inside your product.
It works from a cold click. Your customers never set up an Alongrail account. They only open the link.
