Most problems take one email, and you keep your tasks. A reply comes within one working day.

Automatic returns. If a task ends unfinished in its first few steps, it’s returned to you automatically. If one ends unfinished after real work, write to us — we’ll look at it and return the task if that’s fair.
Refunds. If a pack isn’t right for you, write within 14 days of buying it and we’ll refund what’s unused. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and take five to ten working days to appear.
If we stop the service, unused tasks are refunded — nobody has to ask.

There’s no subscription
For Tasks, you buy a pack of 25 tasks once, and that’s the end of the transaction. Nothing recurs and nothing renews. There’s nothing to cancel because there’s nothing running.
Alongrail Desk session packs
An unused pack can be refunded within 30 days of buying it. Write to us and we will refund it in full; its sessions come off your balance when the refund goes through.
Once any of its sessions are used, a pack is not refunded — but if something on our side stopped it working, tell us and we will put it right or refund it.
A pack is bought once and never expires. Sessions you don’t use stay in your balance. Nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel.
