What happens in a task session

The panel

Once you share, everything happens in a small panel. Press “Show me the first step”, do it yourself, then press “Done — what next”. “Why?” explains a step, and “More detail” gives fuller steps. If a step doesn’t match your screen, press “Didn’t work”.

Keep the session’s tab open. Reopening the panel doesn’t cost a task.

Stopping

“Stop sharing” stops the pictures at once, and nothing more can be captured. “End” finishes the task.

At the end

When the task ends, your steps are saved to your account to reread whenever you like, and we ask “Did you get it done?”. If the task went nowhere, it goes back to your balance.
