Turn off emails or delete your account

Emails you can turn off

On your Account page, under “Emails you can turn off”, untick any you don’t want. Each of those emails also has an unsubscribe link.

Sign-in links, replies to something you raised and anything about your account always arrive.

Delete your account

At the foot of your Account page, press “Delete my account”, type your email address to confirm, and press “Delete my account” again. Your account and your sessions go, and it can’t be undone. Payment records stay, because the law requires us to keep them.
