How tasks are counted and given back
Free tasks, packs, and when a task is returned to you.
What a task is
A task is one job, start to finish, however many steps it takes. A task is used when the panel opens and sharing begins, not before.
Free tasks
You have two free tasks. They last 10 days from the first one. A task already running when the 10 days end still finishes.
Packs
$20 buys 25 tasks, and a pack never expires. One payment: no subscription, nothing renews, nothing to cancel. Unused tasks carry over if you buy again.
When a task is given back
If a task ends unfinished in its first few steps, it’s returned to you automatically. If one ends unfinished after real work, please write to hello@alongrail.com; we’ll look at it and return the task if that’s fair.
