Delete your account
How to delete your Alongrail account, and what happens to your records.
How
Open your account page, alongrail.com/account, and find “Delete my account” at the foot of the page. Type your email address to confirm, then press “Delete my account”.
What goes
Your account, your enrolments, your progress and your records go, and a published record stops working immediately. This can’t be undone.
If you’re the only member of an Alongrail Desk, please delete the desk first, or invite someone else to it.
What remains
Payment records, which the law requires us to keep; short-lived backups, which roll off on their own; and the anonymous course-review export, which carries no name or email. None of them can bring your account back. The privacy page says more.
