Create a booking page with Google Calendar (2026)
What you’ll have at the end
One appointment schedule in Google Calendar, with a title, an appointment length and the hours you're available, and the link to its booking page copied, ready to paste into an email, a message or your website. Google calls the setup an appointment schedule, and the page people book from a booking page.
Before you start
You’ll need
- A personal Google Account or a Google Workspace account
- A computer with a supported web browser
- A title for your appointments, such as "Consultation call"
- How long each appointment lasts, and the days and hours you're available
What it costs. Google's help says a personal Google Account or Workspace Business Starter plan can create a single booking page. Extra features need a paid Google One or Workspace plan.
Please use a computer. Google's help says you can't create an appointment schedule in the Calendar app for Android or iPhone and iPad.
You need a personal Google Account or a Google Workspace account. If you use a work or school account, Google asks you to contact your administrator for help.
What your account can do depends on its plan. Google's comparison page says: - With a personal Google Account or the Workspace Business Starter plan, you can create a single booking page. - Creating more than one appointment schedule, sending automatic email reminders and checking availability across multiple calendars need Google One Premium, Google AI Pro or Google AI Ultra, or a Workspace Individual, Business Standard or Plus, Enterprise Standard or Plus, Education or Nonprofits plan. - Accepting payments and verifying bookers' emails to prevent spam bookings need one of those Workspace plans. Google One and Google AI plans don't include them. - Adding appointment schedules to secondary calendars, and up to 20 co-hosts, need Business Standard or Plus, Enterprise Standard or Plus, Education or Nonprofits.
This guide uses only what a personal account can do. No step asks you to pay.
Google says your booking page is always public. Anyone with the link can see the booking page, your profile photo and your account name.

If something looks different
- If you can't find Appointment schedule on a work or school account, please ask your administrator.
- Google says that by default there's a 4-hour minimum lead time to book. If you open your booking page and don't see the next few hours, that's why. You can change it under Scheduling window (Google's help).
- Booking confirmations and reminders: Google says automatic email reminders need a paid plan, listed in Before you start.
- Payments & cancellation policy: Google says you request payment after connecting a Stripe account to Calendar, and that accepting payments needs one of the Workspace plans listed in Before you start. This guide doesn't use it.
- Calendars: with a personal account, your appointments go on your primary calendar. Google says secondary calendars need Business Standard or Plus, Enterprise Standard or Plus, Education or Nonprofits, and checking several calendars for availability needs a paid plan.
- You can also fill in Description and Booking form before you save. Google says the booking form already includes required fields for first name, last name and email address.
- To put the booking page on a website instead of sharing a link, Google's sharing help describes embedding it. Google says Google Sites supports an inline booking page.
